I had a very unpleasant and disappointing stay at Alexius Beach Hotel. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel – it’s a complete waste of time and money. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The entire place was dirty and unhygienic. Flies were everywhere in restuarant/foods area, and the dining utensils (glasses, plates, spoons) were clearly old, stained, and poorly cleaned. They don't clean room regularly. We have stayed two weeks and they have cleaned once properly upon request. Condition of Facilities: The hotel is outdated and clearly has not been renovated in years. Towels, bedsheets, and blankets were extremely worn out – they looked reused from other hotels. I’ve attached photos as proof. Food Quality: The food was terrible. Despite being "all-inclusive," the selection was very limited, and on some days we couldn’t find anything edible for breakfast. Worse, some of the food appeared to be spoiled or rotten, which is unacceptable. Staff and Service: The service was unprofessional and unresponsive to complaints. There was no effort made to improve our experience or address any of the issues we raised. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Please do your research before booking – don’t let the 4-star label mislead you. I would never return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty, awfull, staff steals from your room. The only time staff cleaned room and changed towels, were only when you catch them on hall doing”room service”. Air conditioner doesnt work, stuff doesn’t care about that. Food was terrible, old. If You are seeking for low quality hotel and ruining your holidays, that’s the right place for you.

Otele Bayramın son günü giriş yaptık , konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Evet düşük bütçeli bir otel ama bir otelde su olmaz mı! Kuyu suyu veriliyor resmen, çeşmeden içiyorsunuz suyu , kapalı su markette var. SATIN alabilirsiniz, Tuvaletlerdeki çeşme boyu 1 cm eliniz sığmıyor yıkamak için aa bu arada eliniz sığsada 3 dakika sabun ile yıkamalısınız çünkü su akmıyor. Temizlik zaten yok. Personellerin üniforması yok, herkes her işi yapıyor. İnsanlar çok fazla çalışıyor, bu çok yalnış sabahtan geceye kadar aynı insanlar çalışıyor yazık günah , o insanlar nasıl bizlere güler yüzlü olacaklar bu şekilde.yemekler fema değil. Odaya geçtiğimizde koridorların koğuştan farkı yok,koku iğrenç , manzarasını beğendik, oda inanılmaz rutubetli , tuvalet leş, açar açmaz oda iğrenç kokuyor. Yataklar da uyuyamazsınız bitlenirsiniz (kaşınmaktan mahvoldum ben ) resimlerde göreveksiniz çamaşırların yıkanıp asıldığı yeri kanalın yanı. havuzun içinde pislikler var , kenarları çok pis(can kurtaran yok) , barda tek tip bardak var , çamaşır asmamız için hiçbir yer yok . Animasyonda 1 kişi çalışıyor yazan programların hiçbiri olmuyor. 2 gün rezil geçti bundan sonra daha neler olacak hiçbir fikrim yok ama sakın gelmeyin , ben her şeyi dışardan satın aldım. Boş oda bulamadığımdan mecburan geldim . Siz gelmeyin arkadaşlar. 3 gece 4 günlük tatilimin iade parasını ödedim ve otelden ayrılmak istediğimde 72 saat öncesine kadar haber vermeniz gerekiyor dendi , ama parayı alırken sözlü açıklama yapılmadı, sözleşme dahi atılmadı. Çıkmak isteyince, Neden memnun kalmadığımı söylediler ; yukarıda yazdıklarımı söyledim ama bunlar yeterli değilmiş ve heçici bir sebep değilmiş dendi. Anlamadım birinin ölmesi mi gerekiyor! Geçici sebep istiyorlar. Bu konuşma olduktan sonra akşam elektrikler ve sular gitti 4 saat sonra geldi , denizin tuzu üzerimizde saatlerce durmak zorunda kaldık bu sıcak havada. Tek memnun kaldığım resepsiyondaki,onlarda insanlar yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar . Bu resimler hiçbir şey , gelirseniz sürprizler sizleri bekliyor.

Были в этом отели с 29 мая по 7 июня 2025. Отличный отель,номера с выходом на горы красота, в номерах есть кондиционер, холодильник,вода. До море метров 150-200метров. Персонал дружелюбный,отзывчивый. Еда хорошая, все свежее. Советую этот отель..

Самая настоящая помойка. Это просто ужас. Еда скудная, отвратительная, фруктов нет, море продуктов нет, сыров нет, хлеб, только одного вида . Одна хряпа, и то двух трёх видов. Номера грязные, тараканы, мухи. В номере разбит умывальник, комната 226 лучше не заходить.

Worse hotel ,,,, ALERT .STAY AWAY
The worse experience of my life , we booked for 3 days and left after 1 night ,, our first room was so dirty we asked to be moved ,, glass of floor ,, beds where filthy and the pillows where yellow and wet , ants crawling everywhere ,, we moved to next room slightly better but could not sleep of fear of catching a disese , beds are like concrete ,, the wine was in a huge home brewing bottle and cheep bottles juice ,, i had 2 wine and woke up next morning with a sore mouth , glasses where filthy ,, we never ate as feared for our life ,, woke in morning to escape and there was no electricity,, halls are like a prison and where pitch black ,, we moaned at staff and they say thst they have told managers about all concerns but managers never listen ,, i feel sorry for the staff that work there ,, do not go to this hotel ,, infact this whole area is not good ,, if you want to come to kemer,, go to town , it is nice there

Для тех, кто до всего докапывается - здесь, как и в других местах, делать нечего. ПЕРВАЯ ЛИНИЯ, до моря рукой подать, метров 200 от отеля. Отель небольшой и соответственно не много народу, нет сильной толкучки, только в столовой) ну как и везде. Подойдёт для тех, кто не сидит в отеле, анимация редкая и только для взрослых (м.б. октябрь) - здесь море, воздух, потрясающий вид на горы, для любителей бассейна лежаков много, размер нормальный. Для детей есть небольшая площадка и бассейн. Море супер, заход неплохой, можно без коралок, но есть круглые камни. Пляж: маловато лежаков, много сломаных, приходится занимать заранее, переодеваться нет мест, как и туалета и душа. Но душ есть поблизости в отеле. Отель: небольшой, скромный по всем параметрам. Номера, как повезет, моя оценка от 2 до 4. чисто переночевать и т.д. В целом чисто, мебель не старая, но ободранная. Уборка раз в неделю, но можно и попросить если требуется. Самый мрак это санузел, как и во всех других отелях. Питание: мяса нет, почти всегда курица. Посуду лучше смотреть, есть непромытая, как и в аналогичных отелях. Редко рыба, нагетсы, котлеты и люляшки по типу бургерных. Яблоки часто, а арбуз, дыня, сливы, мандарины иногда бывают. Почти каждый день жарят лепешки с начинкой. Часто яичница или блины. Еду подкладывают оперативно, поэтому бесят как и везде идущие напролом жирные мерзкие тетки вечно голодные. В целом скромно, выбор есть, не сильно разнообразно, но вкусно. Если не привереда, то голодным не останетесь. Есть кофемашина, мне кофе понравился. Большой выбор соков, некоторые даже приличные, из коробок и поэтому их не разбавляют. Газвода на выбор. Холодная вода из куллера. Спиртное: вкусное разливное пиво, вино белое (не понравилось, отдает спиртом) и красное(для недорого, меня устраивает). Водка, джин и раки. Бывает 2 стакана в руки, иногда 1. Есть противный турок небольшого роста, который ходил между баром, персоналом и столовой и следил, что бы никто не выпил и не съел лишнего(хотя похожих встречал и в других отелях), очень любит сам наливать по полстакана пива, вина и показывать сколько еды положить в тарелку, какой размер тарелки выбрать) Исходя из звездостни, моя оценка 3.5 из пяти. Если это будет самая дешёвая 4ка, то приеду сюда ещё раз.
